Privacy Policy — Bomb Fort
Bomb Fort ("the app") is published by Ilayda Alpay. This policy explains exactly what the app collects, why, and who it is shared with. We keep it short because the app collects little.
What we collect
- A random player ID. Generated on your device the first time you play. It is not your Apple ID, not your device ID, and cannot be traced back to you. It exists so your statistics survive reinstalling the app or switching phones.
- Your display name and game statistics — matches played and won, rounds, knockouts, bombs placed, blocks destroyed, best streak. Stored on our server against the random ID above.
- Multiplayer session data. While you are in a room we store the room code, which slots are taken, and the button presses needed to keep both devices in sync. This is deleted when the room closes, and in any case within a few hours.
What we do not collect
- No name, e-mail address, phone number or postal address.
- No location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera access.
- No account or sign-up of any kind.
Advertising
The app shows an occasional full-screen ad between matches, served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device and usage information to select and measure ads. We do not ask for tracking permission, so ads are served without the identifier Apple uses for cross-app tracking. AdMob's own policy is here: Google Partner Sites policy.
Buying Ad-Free Play removes these ads permanently.
Game Center
If you are signed in to Game Center, the app reads your Game Center nickname so you do not have to type a name, and submits your match totals to the leaderboards. This is handled by Apple; we never see your Apple ID.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details — the app only learns whether the purchase exists.
Where the data lives
Our server runs in Frankfurt, Germany (Vercel and Neon). Statistics are kept until you ask us to delete them; multiplayer session data is deleted within hours.
Children
Bomb Fort is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your choices
- Delete everything: Settings → Reset progress. This clears the local save; e-mail us with the request and we remove the server copy.
- Remove ads: buy Ad-Free Play in the in-game store.
